Chicken And Maroilles Gratin

   Wash the mushrooms, cut in slices, cook over high heat in a pan with 15 gr. butter.

   Set aside.

   Cut the chicken in small pieces, and the maroilles in small cubes.

   Heat another pan with the remaining butter, brown the chicken, stirring regularly. Add the cooked mushrooms and half the maroilles. Stir on low heat to melt cheese.

   Turn oven on to broil, place potatoes in an oven-proof plate with the chicken.

   Cut the remaining maroilles cheese in thin slices and place on the chicken.

   Brown in the oven for about 4 to 5 minutes.

   Garnish with chopped chives.
