Boil your chicken until it is done. Take one cup of the broth and put in the freezer to cool. Debone the chicken and put the meat back in the broth. After the refrigerated broth has completely cooled pour it in a medium sized bowl. Add flour until you can handle the mixture.

Put a thin layer of flour on a cutting sheet. Put 1/4 of the mixture and work some of the flour in if you need to. Flour a rolling pin and roll out the mixture. Put chicken and broth on high heat. Add pepper and salt. When this has come to a rolling boil cut dumplings in pieces and drop in broth. Continue doing this until all dumplings are gone. Lower heat to medium low and add milk. Stir your dumplings slightly and let cook for about 7 minutes.
