Chicken and Dumplin's

   Boil and bone chicken (keep broth chicken was boiled in).

   Mix together flour, eggs, milk, chopped green onions, oil, salt, sage, pepper, and parsley.

   Roll mixture out to 1/4 inch and cut in strips.

   Drop in broth and boil 20 to 30 minutes.

   Put chicken in pot in small batches.

   Simmer for a few minutes and serve hot.
