   Cook stewing hen in crock pot covered with water. Add salt and pepper. Cook 6 to 8 hours. In a large baking pan crumble corn bread. Add onions, celery, boiled eggs, pimentos, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sage, salt and pepper. Add enough chicken broth to make a loose mixture and mix well. Debone chicken and add some to the dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until it bubbles and firm in the center.
