Velveeta cheese, cubed to melt easily; 3/4 c. sliced olives

1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) can Pet milk
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed to melt easily
