In a skillet melt 6 tablespoons butter, add chicken, garlic, and seasonings. Cook until chicken is done. Spoon into a dish and set aside.

In the same pan add onions, and mushroom, cook until soft. Add the last 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir in the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the milk products and stir until smooth. Stir in the cheeses. Add the chicken mixture back in along the the tomatoes, sour cream, and broccoli.

Cook fettuccine or other pasta you like and blend it into the sauce.

You can make this ahead of time for a group and pour it into a large baking pan. Cover and refrigerate.

To reheat, turn oven on to 450 and cook covered for 45 minutes to an hour.
