Chicken a la Cream with Spinach

   Preheat oven to 375 F. Heat a skillet on medium with the olive oil.

   Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

   Add chicken into the skillet and brown for 4 minutes on each side.

   In a medium mixing bowl add green onions, cream cheese, feta and spinach.

   Stir to incorporate all ingredients.

   After chicken is browned, slice into the middle of the chicken to make little pockets where the stuffing will go.

   Fill each chicken breast with the spinach mixture and put it into a casserole dish.

   Place in the oven for 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
