   Cover baking sheet with waxed paper; set aside.

   Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in bowl.

   Microwave 1-2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until melted and smooth.

   Stir in baking soda until dissolved.

   Stir in cereals.

   Continue microwaving 3 minutes, stirring every minute.

   Spread onto prepared baking sheet.

   Cool 10 minutes; break into bite-sized pieces.

   Microwave chocolate chips in bowl 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until chocolate can be stirred smooth.

    Drizzle melted chocolate over cereal mixture.

    Refrigerate 3 minutes or until chocolate is set.

    Store in container with tight-fitting lid.
