   mix flour, salt and baking powder.

   mix milk and oil in a separate bowl.

   combine both.

   make dough.

   let it rest covered for 15 min.

   make 8-10 balls, lat rest for 20 min.

   roll out tortillas and cook in ungreased pan on both side. wrap in foil then in towel.
