1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. flaked coconut
1 packet Equal
5 maraschino cherries, sliced

Place margarine in a 1-cup glass measure; microwave on High (100%) for 1 minute, or until melted.

Beat eggs in medium bowl until light and fluffy.
