Chewy Chocolate & Walnut Brownies

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. Grease and line with parchment paper an 8-inch square baking tin. Set aside.

   In a small saucepan set over low heat, melt chocolate and butter together. Stir until melted and remove from heat.

   In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix with a manual whisk for just about a minute. Stir in melted chocolate until just combined. Gently fold in the flour and salt until combined. Toss in the walnuts and stir.

   Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out with a few crumbs.
