Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick spray or line them with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl using an electric mixer, beat together sugar and butter until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla. Continue beating. Slowly add dry ingredients into your wet ingredients, scraping down the side of your bowl occasionally. Continue beating until well combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.

Using a tablespoon sized scoop, spoon batter onto prepared baking sheet spacing them an inch or so apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven.

Cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet before removing them. Let them cool completely on rack.
