Chewy and yummy cookies

   Remove butter and egg from the fridge about 1/2 hour before you start cooking so they are room temperature.

   Preheat the oven at 180AC.

   Mix butter and both brown and regular sugar in a bowl.

   Add the egg and vanilla extract.

   Mix until fluffy.

   Add flour, cornstarch and baking powder.

   Mix with a spatula.

   Add chocolate chips and mix.

   Using a tablespoon, form scoops with the dough.

    Place them on a baking sheet, leaving about 5cm between each scoop.

    Bake for 10 min.

    Place on a rack for the cookies to cool.
