Grnd pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 onion, minced

Mix all ingredients (except ducks) to make barbeque sauce.

Split thawed ducks in half and flatten.

Place on a rack in flat baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, basting every 10 min with barbeque sauce.
