Cherry Tomato and Cheese Two Color Candy

   Cut the spring roll wrappers into 1/4 with scissors.

   Prepare the cherry tomatoes and candy cheese.

   Cut the cherry tomatoes into 1/2 size.

   Cut the candy cheese into 1/2.

   Stick the cherry tomato and the candy cheese cut ends together and put them on the spring roll wrapper.

   Put some water on the light blue parts you can see in the picture.

   Wrap it like a candy.

   Twist both sides tight with some water so that the inside will not come out while you deep fry it.

    Make 20 of these.

    Deep fry both sides in a high temperature quickly.

    The cheese might melt and come out in the oil which might jump if you deep fry it too long!

    Place them on a paper towel and sprinkle some salt and pepper.

    Dish up on a plate and it is ready.
