Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.

Put butter into a large microwave safe bowl and melt it (heat for 30 seconds at a time until melted) . Stir in sugar and then stir in the eggs. Stir in extracts.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Pour batter into prepared pan (batter will be thick.)

Press M&M's onto the top of the blondies. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from the side of the pan and a toothpick inserted in the center only pulls out a few crumbs. Remove from oven. Blondies will soft in the center.
