Mix ingredients together well and store in an airtight container. I like to recycle other seasoning containers to store this in. This recipe makes quite a bit, so if you have any leftover that won't fit into your container, put it in smaller bottles/jars and share with your friends along with a copy of the recipe. The ratios are great as-is, but feel free to kick up the garlic salt a bit. The white pepper gives it a nice zip so use it if you can. I use this to season roast, steak, pork chops, chicken and in any recipe where a salt/pepper seasoning combo is called for. Just total the amount of seasoning called for in the recipe and use that much chef Salt.
