Cheesy Triangles

   Put hamburger in bowl and add cayenne and salt.

   Divide into 8 portions and flatten each into a triangular shape.

   Press cheese portion in center and seal evenly around the cheese.

   Beat eggs and spread out bread crumbs on plate.

   Dip each triangle into egg, then into bread crumbs coating even.

   Put oil in skillet (repeat dipping triangles a second time) and place in skillet browning each side until golden brown.

   Can deep fry also.

   Drain on paper towels.
