1/3 c. green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. shredded grated Cheddar
1 deep dish frozen pie shell
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

In medium skillet, fry sausage until done.
