Cheesy Oven Sandwiches

   Lay a sheet of greaseproof paper in the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking pan.

   Mix together the eggs, melted butter, cheese, and onion and garlic powder.

   Lay 6 pieces of bread on top of the paper with their sides touching.

   Spread half of the cheese mixture on top of the bread.

   Cover with the other 6 slices of bread and spread the remaining mixture on top.

   Can be kept in the refrigerator ( or even freeze )until ready to bake.

   Bake in a 350* oven for 30 mins or until golden and melty.

   Cut into serving squares.
