Cheesy Muffins

   Sieve self raising flour into a bowl along with the sugar.

   In another bowl,melt the butter and then add the eggs and milk then mix thoroughly.

   Pour the butter,eggs and milk mixture into the bowl with the flour and sugar and then mix until fully incorporated.

   Once the mixture is mixed, add grated cheese in and then mix!

   Pour the mixture into the muffin cases and place in the oven at 190c bake for about 20-25 minutes (keep checking on them though!
