Cheesy Mashed Potato Pork Rolls

   Boil 6~7 potatoes, and mash well.

   Add flour, salt, pepper, and consomme soup stock granules, and knead together thoroughly.

   Roll it up into the size of a ping pong ball, and stick a piece of cheese sliced in half inside.

   Shape the potato-cheese into small balls, and wrap in the pork meat.

   Put the wrapped balls in a preheated frying pan in a single layer, and pan-fry over low heat until browned.

   Flip over, cook until browned all over, and they're done.

   Serve with boiled green beans and bean sprouts plus cherry tomatoes.
