Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Stromboli

   Preheat oven to 425 F.

   On a pizza stone or parchment paper-lined baking sheet, press dough into a 14-by-10-inch rectangle.

   Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese down the middle running the entire length of the dough (leave about 1 inch at each end empty).

   Top evenly with broccoli, then chicken.

   Top with cheddar cheese.

   Fold in the short sides of the dough, folding them in about 1 inch.

   Then fold the long sides over each other, overlapping them in the center.

   Pinch to seal.

   Carefully flip dough over so the seal is on the bottom.

    (If youre nervous about this step, skip it.

    The stromboli just looks prettier with the seal on the bottom, but its not necessary).

    Bake stromboli in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until crust is a deep golden brown.

    Let cool 10 minutes before slicing or serving.
