Cheesy Beef Enchiladas

   Brown meat; drain.

   Stir in 1/2 cup of salsa and 1/2 cup of cheese.

   Spread 1 cup of salsa in 13x9-inch baking dish.

   Place 1/4 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.

   Place tortillas, seam-sides down, on salsa.

   Top with remaining salsa and 1-1/2 cups cheese.

   Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

   Microwave: Prepare as directed except for baking.

   Cover dish with microwavable plastic wrap.

    Microwave on HIGH 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are hot.
