Cheesy Beef and Yuca Layered Casserole

   Heat broiler.

   Brown meat in dressing in large skillet.

   Add peppers and tomato sauce; cook 10 min.

   or until peppers are tender and mixture is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.

   Layer half the meat mixture in 9-inch square baking dish.

   Top with layers of half each of the yuca and cheese; repeat layers.

   Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
