Cheeseburger Pie

   Preheat oven to 400u00b0.

   Lightly grease with shortening a 10 x 1/2-inch pie plate.

   Cook crumbled beef and onion in skillet until brown, about 10 minutes. Drain, then stir in salt and pepper. Spread beef mixture in pie plate and sprinkle evenly with cheese. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth.

   Pour evenly into pie plate.

   Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

   Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Garnish with pickle slice and catsup, if desired.
