Cheeseburger Meat Loaf

   Combine 1/4 ketchup, egg, crumbs and onion pad.

   Put beef over mixture and mix well.

   Pat the beef mixture on wax paper into a 10 x 6 pan.

   Spread remaining ketchup over meat within 1/2 inch of the long sides and 1 1/2 on the small sides.

   Top with mustard and relish.

   Place 4 slices of cheese on top then set remaining cheese aside.

   Roll up loaf jellyroll style on wax paper.

   Then seal seems and ends well.

   Place loaf, seam side down, in a greased pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

    Return loaf if cheese is not melted on top for 5 minutes.

    Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
