Cheeseburger Meat Loaf

   Combine eggs, milk, garlic salt, pepper, onion, rice and meat. Mix thoroughly. Press half mixture into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Place cheese on meat. Spread remaining meat mixture over cheese, being certain cheese is completely covered. Spoon ketchup over loaf. Bake at 350u00b0 for 50 minutes or until meat is done. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
