   Let the cream cheese sit out while cutting onions and beef.

   Slice green onions into small pieces.

   Slice beef into small pieces.

   Put cream cheese, beef and green onions into a KitchenAid mixer to incorporate all the ingredients through the cream cheese.

   Wrap in Saran wrap.

   You can also roll this in thinly sliced almonds if desired.

   I like to serve this with Triscuits.

   The sliced dried beef almost looks like salami and is found in a glass jar by the canned meats (Spam, etc.
