Cheese & Walnut Stuffed Chicken

   Preheat over to 325, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl combine soft cheese, carrots, walnuts and flour. In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley. Make a deep slit in thick end of chicken breast and stuff with cheese mixture. Brush chicken all over with melted butter and roll in bread crumb mixture. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes
