Cheese Surprise

   Preheat oven to 400u00b0.

   Grease cookie sheet.

   Split each biscuit in half.

   Place one half from each biscuit on cookie sheet.

   Pat it out so it is twice as big.

   Place 1 tablespoon of cheese on each biscuit on the cookie sheet.

   Stretch the remaining biscuit halves to fit over each of the cheese topped biscuit halves.

   Place one on top of the other.

   With a fork, lightly press down with the tines around all the edges.

    Melt butter with a pastry brush.

    Spread butter over biscuits so they are covered completely.

    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
