Cut the mozzarella block into cubes.

In a large bowl, mix together all of the remaining ingredients except marinara sauce, buns, and sliced provolone.

The goal is for the mixture to be sticky, but not ridiculously sticky.)

Grease a baking dish with cooking spray and put 2 cups of the marinara sauce into the dish.

Get about a golfball-sized chunk of the meat mixture and flatten it slightly in order to place a cube of mozzarella in the center.

Gently wrap the meat around the cube of cheese.

Place the ball into the baking dish.

Repeat with the remaining meat mixture and cheese.

When all of the balls are made, spoon the remaining marinara on top of the balls and stick them all in the oven for 30-35 minutes.

(Its totally okay if the mozzarella squirts out of the ball.)

When done cooking, serve on slider rolls (or dinner rolls) topped with extra marinara sauce (you should have about 1 cup remaining marinara sauce) and a slice of provolone cheese (or mozzarella).
