Cheese Stuffed Chicken

   Rinse and pat dry chicken.

   Use a sharp knife; cut small pocket in side of each breast.

   Insert cheese slice in pocket.

   In a small bowl beat egg white slightly.

   In another bowl stir together flour, Parmesan cheese, parsley and paprika.

   Dip chicken in egg, then coat with flour mixture.

   Spray 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking pan or dish.

   Arrange chicken in dish and bake in a 375u00b0 oven 20 to 25 minutes, until chicken is tender and not pink.
