12 slices white bread
3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 c. cooked ham, diced
3 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar

Arrange 6 slices of bread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Place cheese, broccoli and ham in layers and top with remaining bread slices.

Combine milk, eggs, onion, salt and mustard; blend well.

Pour over layers.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Allow to return to room temperature before baking.

Preheat oven to 325u00b0 and bake 55 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
