¼ cup milk
1 egg, beaten
¾ cup plain breadcrumbs
⅓ cup flour
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon oregano, crushed
½ teaspoon parsley, crushed
