3 eggs
4 ounces mozzarella cheese (1 cup)
4 ounces provolone cheese (1 cup)
1 cup ham, cooked & cubed
1 cup ricotta cheese
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon oregano, dried
8 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
1 dash pepper
