cheese sauce for vegetables

   melt butter in SAUCEPAN on medium heat.

   add your flour.

   stir fast with a whisk or fork.

   pour in your milk and stir with a whisk until creamy then add the cheese until melted.

   add salt to taste.

   if you want your cheese more runny add more milk and cheese until its at the desired texture.

   goes great over frozen cauliflower and/broccoli.

   I use a bag of frozen veggies to feed 3 people and have enough sauce left over to make a different veggie the next night.
