Cheese Sauce

   Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

   Blend in flour, salt and dash of white pepper.

   Add milk all at once.

   Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.

   Add cheese and stir until smooth.

   This is great over broccoli or other cooked vegetables.
