   Combine cheeses, onion, mayonnaise

   red pepper and mix well.

   Sprinkle about 1/4 cup

   of pecans in an oiled 7-cup ring mold.

   Chill until firm.

   Unmold

    pat remaining pecans

    parsley sprigs. Serve on crackers
