Cheese Ravioli w/ Lemon Butter Sauce

   1) Prepare ravioli according to package directions.

   Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water

   2) Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.

   Add onion and cook until soft (approx 3 minutes), stirring occasionally

   3) Add frozen peas, reserved pasta water, lemon, salt and pepper.

   Cook until peas are heated through (approx 4 minutes).

   4) Pour pea mixture over cooked ravioli and stir to combine.

   5) Serve and enjoy!
