Cheese Kolacky

   Cream together margarine and cottage cheese.

   Mix well.

   Sift 2 cups flour, salt and mix into margarine and cheese mixture. Chill overnight.

   Roll out 1/8-inch thick on lightly floured board.

   Cut into 2-inch or 3-inch squares

   and place a dab of some dried fruit and preserves mixed with raisins or anything else you may like on each square.

   Fold over and seal edges.

   Bake 15 to 20 minutes on cookie sheet at 350u00b0.
