Mix cocoa into sugar; then sift 3 or 4 times.

Melt the butter. Then cut the cheese into chunks (so it will melt faster).

Then put the cheese into the butter and return to the microwave until the cheese is melted.

Lightly butter a large mold (we use a large turkey platter).

With rubber gloves on, butter your hands to mix the candy.

With the sugar and cocoa in a large mixing bowl, pour the hot butter and cheese in the center of sugar.

Mix with spoon or hands until you can't see any sugar.

Then mix in the nuts. Spread on the mold.

Let cool at room temperature or put in the refrigerator 2 hours, then cut desired size.
