Cheese Bread

   Combine egg, buttermilk, baking mix and cheese in a bowl; mix well with fork.

   Pour into 2 small or 1 large loaf pan, greased. Bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes.

   Let cool.

   Cut into slices, but not through the bottom.

   Spread slices apart; drizzle mixture of melted margarine and garlic salt over and between slices.

   Wrap in foil. May be reheated several times.
