   Microwave cheese for 20 seconds to soften.

   bowl, mix cheese and mayonnaise.

   Cut Italian bread lengthwise and spread cheese mixture on both sides.

   Put bread on a cookie sheet and place under broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble.
