Cheese Ball

   Put sharp cheese into food processor and grate.

   Empty into a large bowl.

   Put onion and pepper into processor and chop.

   Add last 3 ingredients to cheese, mix well and roll into ball.

   Then roll ball into pecans.

   Place in refrigerator until firm.
