Cheese And Spinach Rolls

   Place washed spinach leaves in a covered pan over high heat,

   until wiltered, drain and chop roughly.

   Beat egg yolks and cream together, season and

   add fetta and spinach.

   Brush 4 pastry sheets with butter and top each with buttered

   second sheet, cut each set into quarters.

   PLace a spoonful of the mixture into each rectangle

   fold in the sides and roll. PLace onto a baking tray

   brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Bake at 200 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
