3 Tbsp. diced pimiento
3/4 Tbsp. butter or regular margarine
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk, scalded
1 c. cut up sharp process cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. cooked noodles (3/4 c. uncooked)
1 c. soft bread crumbs

Cook onion and pimiento in butter until onion is tender (do not brown).
