Cheddar Pecan Roll

   Combine sour cream and cheese in bowl.

   Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

   Stir in pecans.

   Shape mixture into 10-inch long roll.

   Wrap in plastic food wrap.

   Refrigerate 3-4 hours or until firm.

   Slice roll into 1/4-inch slices.
