1/4 c. oleo
2 c. milk
1 c. diced ham
1/2 c. diced celery
onion to taste
2 c. water
1/4 c. flour
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Cook potatoes, celery, carrots, onion and pepper in water until tender. Do not drain.
