Cheddar bites with apple and hazelnut recipe

   In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese cubes, diced apple and hazelnuts.

   Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

   Lay out a sheet of filo pastry and brush with melted butter.

   Cut into four equal size squares.

   Place a spoon full of cheese mix into each square and fold the corners to form a triangle.

   Brush the outside and repeat the process with the left over mix and pastry.

   Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes until crispy and serve.
